We are all blessed with our Grandparents

To our ancestors, we all get blessed. However some of us, for different reasons, are fortunate to have spent more precious times with them compared to the others.

Grandparents are gifts that God has bestowed on us to teach us and guide us along the right paths. We should all turn to our Grandmas when it comes to leniency and concerns, for any support we need.

Grandmas are grandchildren sweet little angels. They are taking all the pain and energy to get all the work done for their kids and grand kids. They have big hearts for all people, irrespective of caste, creed or any other aspect. They have spent so much time and energy making us satisfied and meeting all our requirements, even though we have faced restrictions.

Many times our parents may have sent us a ‘NO’ signal for the needs we have raised, but when we bring it to our grandma they get the deal done for us. This is the love and respect they hold for us. They just want their little ones to see the smiling faces.

Each of us has two grandmas, the mother of our father and the mother of our mom. We both have equal love for us and are struggling to show their love for us. For certain situations, by the time we reach an age, perhaps only one of them will be there to enjoy and play with. Often we may not be blessed if we are unlucky to receive the love and care they offer us.

When there is an elderly individual inside the household, every house is enlightened. Since they are old enough and have seen life far more than us, they can guide us and advise us about what’s right and wrong. When there’s a grandma in the house there are many good things that could happen, particularly among the young kids. She might teach certain rhymes, prayers, life principles, mold a strong character right from an early age and help the child realize the basic values of life that the nuclear family lacks in these days. When a child at a very young age has the right basis, they can never forget what they have experienced in their lives.

It’s joyful to have grandparents at home. It’s a parental escape, and sometimes a family boost. You are always there to lend a helping hand in any tough situation, and help us navigate through the problem and out. It’s fun to spend time with them and they too take pleasure in the time we spent with them in return.

I was still, but I wasn’t blind.

This is one of many quotes that resonates with me. I was an observer throughout my life and a lot of it was people. As I grew older and experienced more, I was able to filter even more of those things I saw. As an emphatic person, people have been hurting, using (or misusing) and abusing my nature. Wanting to believe people’s best. It has also become aware that people are not aware of the many aspects of their behavior that show beyond their words about and about their nature and character. For instance, someone who complains about the attention they receive and then does everything to get attention short of wearing spinning lights. There is no correlation between words and actions.

Over the years, another thing that has become clearer to me is the observation of facial and body signs and the ability to understand without hearing the words how someone feels and how communication goes. That silence is a comfort to some who need some understanding and compassion without finding the words or talking about it before they are ready to describe their hurt or loss. There is a lot of stimulus to be observant and emphatic. Indeed, if I could turn away or not pay so much attention, life might be easier. My brain and personality aspects are just not going to do it. I come from a long line of human nature observers, and this is who I am, whether by nature or by nurturing it over many years. It’s a compassion for those who are looking for it But, like many observers, seeing so much needs to be kept quiet, because the truth can be overwhelming to others who are unwilling to see or choose to look away.

How To Sync Google Calendar and iCal on your iPhone or iPad

The simplest and most stable way to synchronize your Google Calendars and iCal is as follows:

STEP 1:

Open iPad or iPhone settings

STEP 2:

Click on the left hand side of the Mail, Contacts, Calendars button.

STEP 3:

You will see a section of accounts with iCloud, Exchange etc. Click on Add Account at the bottom of the Accounts section …

STEP 4:

Choose the option Gmail

STEP 5:

Please enter your information. The email address is the email address connected with your calendars.

If you have multiple calendars associated with different Gmail accounts, I would suggest that you select one Google account as your primary account and share all your calendars with that account.

You can still see all of your calendars when you do this, but you can also take advantage of Google Calendar’s layering function where you can see various calendars at the same moment.

A few things to be noted:

  1. The name need not be your real name. When you receive your email, you can enter whatever you want the receiver to see.
  2. When using a 2-step verification, make sure that you enter a particular password in the application, not your standard password in the password section.

STEP 6:

Next click at the top of the screen and wait to verify the account. Once you’ve checked your account, you’ll see you can switch on or off the various Google products. Make sure you’ve switched on the calendar option.

STEP 7:

Open your device calendar and the sync starts automatically.

If you have various calendars… If you’ve set up various calendars

If you have multiple calendars

… you need to complete one more step if you have multiple calendars set up (even if they are in the same Google account).

Once the sync between Google Calendars and iCal is established, you can update your calendars on any device and automatically transfer them to all your devices.

If you have a personal account go to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect?pli=1 and select the calendars you would like to sync

Love is not a feeling but a choice

Most of us tend to focus on falling in love to determine the length of a relationship with a sense of love. It is easy to fall into love, almost effortless, but it is not that difficult to lose that loving feeling. Naturally, it’s fun to courteously or courteously, when a relationship is new. We always think in the beginning of our lives about the new person and want to spend our whole life together and share new experiences together. We’d like to show how we get cards or flowers, or send a lovely text message.

Feelings may be fleeting, however. No one seems to want to talk about how these loving feelings can vanish, how love needs to be kept alive, and how we all have to choose to remain in Love.

Who we love is a choice as much as a sensation. Staying in love is an undertaking. We have to make a choice after the brilliant glow of the new relationship has been extinguished: do we want to love this person and have a relationship, or do we let this person go? Once we have decided to find the person with whom we want to be, the work begins. Many other choices are made a large part of this work.

It is a choice to see the good every day in our partner rather than to focus on the negatives we are disturbed by. We must accept it and love it as it is. If we enter into a relationship, thinking that we can change someone, we set ourselves and our relationships to fail. We’re all weak and strange in some way. We’re all weird. It is part of love to accept these differences. We can ignore the small, irritating little things that our partner can do. We can talk about this to our partner, but we also accept it might just be forgotten and choose to move on if we forget to take out the garbage, or leave it off of the toothpaste. One of the biggest errors of relationship we can make is to try to change our partner into us.

It is simple to focus on what we are not getting out of this relationship if we are unhappy with how things are in our relationship. Rather than focusing on what they’re not doing for us, a healthier response is to look at what we can do for our partner. We always should try to support our partner because we can’t expect anything that we don’t want from our partner. Another important choice is to remember why we have committed ourselves to that person. Our relationships will not always be pleasant and serious discussions and discrepancies can occur. We will have to work together in tough times and even bad times. It is important that we remember our commitment to respect and acknowledge that we survive these times.

Everything about love is choices. We decide to see the good, ignore the little one and find what we can do for our partner. The choice to make these things is like love and the marvelous reward of remaining in love comes with that work.

Most business people go wrong on the “about me” page

You’re making one of two errors. So, anyway …

2) You got into the writing process and finished writing a long and fresh story about your lives, your struggles, your children and the grandmother of your neighbor.

Say what you are standing for..

Why are you doing what you are doing? What leads you every morning to get out of bed and grow your company? It’s just for profit, you could say. But come on — you can profit by working for another company, selling all your goods on ebay, or playing on the stock exchange. Why are you running this company? There is a great man called Simon Sinek who has watched the third largest TED Talk video ever and has truly caught the full blazing style of a Harvard professor. He popularized a great idea, which from here on should guide any business decision:

What you do is not bought by people.

You purchase the reason you do it.

Your product or service is basically the same at the end of the day as any other product or service. You might be distinguished by low prices, excellent customer service, or fantastic features, but what will motivate someone to purchase from you?

What you stand for is one of your strongest distinguishers. Tell your readers why you are here. Tell your readers. Make an audacious declaration. When you let your client in, understand your motivation and how you think, they will be much more likely to trust you.
